MSO/MCO Request

 

Obtain the necessary MCO/MSO paperwork and Bill of Sale documents to officially register your machine for road-legal usage with the DMV, or to acquire off-road documentation required for DNR Trail riding Tags.

 

Locate the 17-character VIN# engraved on the machine's frame

Submit the Registration form below. Once our records manager receives the VIN# and it has been verified the document is created for you and officially notarized, and mailed to you via first class mail. Street legal machines will also received the bill of sale along with the MSO documentation, to ensure DMV compliance. Normal processing time is 1 to 2 weeks once form has been submitted

Please Note: Machine titles can only be made out to the original purchaser who bought the machine at the time of sale and mailed to the address connected to the original order.

 ATTN: ALL WISCONSIN RESIDENTS MUST CALL OR STOP BY OUR SHOWROOM LOCATION TO REGISTER ALL ROAD LEGAL MACHINES WITH DMV FOR STREET USEAGE OUR SALESMAN WILL PROCESS OUR WISCONSIN CUSTOMERS FOR LICENSE PLATES, TITLES AND WI REGISTRATION THROUGH THE DMV'S MAIN FRAME SYSTEM.  WE COLLECT THE DMV FEES AND PROCESS YOUR PAPERWORK FOR YOUR MACHINE.
