Comments	I bought the 150cc Hummer and was mostly satisfied that I rate a 4, the reason for this rating is there were a few missing needed parts missing (washer bolts) a faulty emergency shut off switch which took awhile to track down and figure out before quad would fire to start. Love the quad but think there should be that phone call from the driver to set up delivery and better assembly instruction for an average customer all and all I am a happy rider of a good quad and would buy another from you when the time comes.

Comments	Excellent shipping time. The ATV arrived in good shape and went together fine. Some more model specific instructions would be helpful (example: this model comes with an auxillary light that attaches to the handle bar and there were no instructions for that and no instructions for which wire for the neutral light and the reverse light connected to where and which connector, etc.). The instruction video was somewhat helpful, but it showed a 110cc model and the front axle assembly was completely different on this model from the video. But, having expressed that, I was able to figure all of that out without too much trouble. The vehicle started right up and ran fine. I will reserve judgement until it has been used by the grandchildren for a few months, but initially I am satisfied with my purchase. Thank you.

The shipping was quick and efficent. The ATV is excellent. You have many choices of dealers for this product, but Q9 did well and I would use them again.

Everything was as they said it would be, I installed the tires and battery, charged it up and it cranked right up. Comments	I can only give 2 stars because two days after I placed the order they sent me a E mail stating that the item was out of stock and would not be in until March. I was pretty irritated because their web site clearly shows it as avalible. I sent them a message pointing this out and explaining my irritation and never recieved any explination. If however thay had actually had the product they seem to have good prices-unfortunately they don't seem to keep their website up to date.
