| Comments | I wanted to write this review for a while now. However, i did not
have any time until now. I purchased an atv 110cc mini from you guys back in November 2012 for my kids Christmas. I
can't say thank you enough for the priceless look of surprise on my son's face the morning he set eyes on the atv. It
took me about 2 hours to assemble. We had a few questions regarding assembly and a small adjustment to the carb. To
keep it simple: we had contacted your support number and spoke to a rep there. The customer service was great and with some
questions answered and some simple adjustments , we were ready to go. The remote as well as all the safety features
offered with the 110 atv gives me the confidence to teach my child how to properly ride with the utmost safety in mind.
I have read some of the negative reviews prior, but it seems that the consumers had little or no knowledge about machines.
Also, it seemed that all retailers for these for these products had their fair share of negative and positive reviews.
I have owned a Polaris 500cc and do my fair share of mechanical work on atv's. I am an avid hunter and ride often
at my upstate property. So, i am no novice when it comes to addressing mechanical issues. My suggestion to those individuals
who post negatively is to have some experience before you purchase an item like this. I think that if you own an atv (sooner
or later), regardless of what brand you own, you will eventually have to do maintenance. Well anyway, i wanted to say
thank you and to keep up the great work. My son has never been happier. The only negative is that i can't get
him off of it when he is riding. Did i mention, he is 4 years of age. |

should have stated I wanted a small helmet, but did not see that on the original order form. I sent an email just after ordering
the ATV, but it was probabaly late. The shipping was quick and efficent. The ATV is excellent. You have many choices of dealers
for this product, but Q9 did well and I would use them again. |

customer service, excellent shipping time, excellent product. The shipping company in my area actually called me and told
me that there would be a delay, due to the thanksgiving holiday. He quickly called back, and told me the truck had arrived
early and that he would send the truck right out, thus making my purchase right on time. I am very happy with the entire experience.
I have three boys, this purchase was for my oldest. I will definitely purchase more toys for my boys from Q9 as my other two

recieved my unit a little later than i thought i would. But i did recieve it. Everything was as they said it would be, I installed
the tires and battery, charged it up and it cranked right up. My kids haven't been able to enjoy it yet because it is a christmas
present, but i will tell you that little 110 will scoot with me on it and i weight 190 lbs. Thanks Q9 i would buy from you

can only give 2 stars because two days after I placed the order they sent me a E mail stating that the item was out of stock
and would not be in until March. I was pretty irritated because their web site clearly shows it as avalible. I sent them a
message pointing this out and explaining my irritation and never recieved any explination. If however thay had actually had
the product they seem to have good prices-unfortunately they don't seem to keep their website up to date. |
