Returns/Refunds/Cancellations
for Internet & Phone Orders
Returns are simple. If you want to return
a vehicle, it must be in the create/box, in new condition and be returned within 48 hours of delivery. The customer must pay
the freight back, original shipping costs they we pay are not refundable, "Even the free shipping offer cost Q9 Powersports
on average $200 to send to you" and we charge a 20% restocking fee. Products may not be refused for delivery under any
circumstance or the buyer, will be responsible for shipping to and from our warehouse as well as return
fees and an additional 20% restocking fee.
Refunds are not processed until the product has been received into our warehouse
and the paperwork has been completed. Once this is done we will issue a refund check.

ships to cancel the order. Once it is on the semi-truck and in route there is the 20% restocking fee as mentioned above.
The act
of Canceling a credit card payment is strictly prohibited and considered fraud, we will report product as stolen to your local
authorities and prosecute to the full limit of your state law, our company will also file a case with state collections and
garnish your pay to recoup our losses, as well as having the merchandise repossessed and shipped back to us at your expense.
