Returns/Cancellations
Our return policy is simple and easy to follow. If within 3 days after you take delivery,
you decide you would like to return the unit (IN LIKE NEW CONDITION) we will be happy to assist you in your return.
We want you to be completely satisfied. In order
to keep our prices the Best Price available, all we ask is that you contact us for an RMA#
(Return Merchandise Authorization Number) first.
Then pay for shipping back to our warehouse in the original packaging and pay a modest
20% restocking fee.

What do I do if my order is
lost or damaged?
Unfortunately, lost packages and minor shipping
damages may occur at times. In most cases we can send any replacement part needed, also the unit has insurance on it already,
so please:
1. Inspect your whole vehicle before signing the delivery receipt. In case of any damages
presence, you must note the damages on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign in acknowlegement. Failing to do
so will void the claim.
2. All noted damages must be reported to Q9 PowerSports via e-mail or phone lines within
3 days of delivery, no exceptions.
3. Please save original packing material for investigation by the shipping company.
Please take pictures of the damaged boxes and vehicle and send the pictures to q9wholesales@aol.com within 3 days of
delivery.
4. We will file shipping damage claim and the merchandise will be inspected by a representative from
the shipping company.
5. We will ship you a replacement part(s) or refund after the claim is settled by the
shipping company.
