ASSEMBLY TIPS During assembly it is
recommended to take off some of the nuts & bolts and use Loctite or some sort of thread retaining compound. Even name
brand units like Honda can vibrate and loosen up nuts & bolts over time. If you do this or not, make sure to go through
and tighten up all nuts & bolts on the machine. When you place an order from us these machines are shipped directly from
the factories importing warehouse and our American service techs have not gone through them, like they would have if you purchased
it off of one of our showroom floors.
What to Check during
the Assembly (1) Check the drive chain for proper Lubrication
& Tension.
(2) Check the top side cap of the Carburetor where
the throttle line enters the carb and make sure that that cap is tight. (Check this once a month).
(3) Buy a can of grease and apply grease to the front & rear axles prior to putting the
wheels on. This will help weather proof your machine and stop foreign material from getting in there.
(4) Pump the rear hydraulic brake lever and ensure the system is under pressure, if not pump
the lever and build the pressure in that system.
(5) Check for proper tire
pressure (12-16 PSI)
(6) Ensure that the two front wheels are parallel
and aligned. There are 2 copper colored tie rods attached to the front wheels, by loosening their set screws and spinning
them right or left they will adjust your front tires right or left to align them with rear tires.
(7) Check the oil level with the dip stick (5w-30)
A LITTLE PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE GOES A LONG WAY. CHECK YOUR MACHINE PERIODICALLY AND MAKE SURE TO CHECK
THE TIGHTNESS OF NUTS & BOLTS OFTEN TO ENSURE IT IS SAFE TO OPERATE.
BATTERY TIPS YOU HAVE TO CHARGE THE BATTERY
AFTER RECEIVING FOR AT LEAST 8-10 HOURS WITH A TRICKLE CHARGER @ 2 AMPS/HOUR.
DURING
COLD SEASONS IT IS RECOMMENDED TO LEAVE YOUR BATTERY ON A BATTERY TENDER TO ENSURE A FRESHLY CHARGE BATTERY EVERYTIME.
REMOTE
CONTROL KEYCHAIN (OPTIONAL FEATURE) Some models come with
a remote control keychain which features remote start, remote kill, motion alarm & panic alarm.
Arm alarm – Picture of lock on remote
Disarm Alarm – Picture of open lock
on remote
Remote start - – Picture of lightning bolt on remote
Remote kill - – Picture of open
lock on remote
Panic alarm - Picture of bell on remote
SPEED LIMITER (GOVERNOR)
This
feature is located on the handle bars right on top of the thumb throttle that is used to accelerate the machine. This device
works when screwed in or out to restrict the amount of throttle that can be applied at one time, reducing the overall top
speed of the unit down to a slower speed.
ADDING GAS FOR THE FIRST TIME
WHEN ADDING GAS FOR THE FIRST TIME OR
AFTER STORAGE , FILL THE TANK AND USE PREMIUM GAS 91 OCTANE OR HIGHER. LOCATE THE FUEL FLUSHING SET SCREW ON THE BASE OF CARBURETOR
FLOAT BOWL AND CRACK IT OPEN TO ALLOW GAS TO FLUSH THE CARBURETOR AND RUN OUT OF THE BLACK DRAIN LINE THAT HANGS OFF THE BOTTOM
OF THE CARBURETOR FOR A FEW SECONDS. THIS WILL REMOVE AIR BUBBLES AND SEDIMENTS THAT MAYBE IN THE TANK AND CARB. THIS IS ALSO
A HELPFUL AND EASY WAY TO EMPTY THE GAS TANK SHOULD YOU EVER HAVE TOO.
ENGINE OIL / OIL CHANGING
(WE USE 5W-30 GRADE MOTOR OIL)
*CHANGE
THE BRAKEIN OIL AFTER 2 HOURS OF OPERATION* ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS HAVE 4 STROKE ENGINES IN THEM AND RUN ON PREMIUM GAS IN THE TANK ONLY.
ENGINE OIL IS ADDED IN THE ENGINE VIA THE DIP STICK OPENING
AND IT CAN BE DRAINED ON THE BOTTOM SIDE OF THE ENGINE ON THE SAME SIDE AS THE DIP STICK WITH A DRAIN PLUG.

BASIC STARTING PROCEDURE
(1) MAKE SURE THAT IF YOUR MODEL HAS A GAS COCK SHUT OFF, THAT
IT IS OPEN.
(2) DEPENDING
ON THE TEMPERATURE AND ALTITUDE YOU MAY NEED TO USE THE CHOKE LEVER LOCATED IN ONE OF TWO DIFFERENT SPOKES ON OUR MACHINE.
(COPPER COLOR LEVER ON THE SIDE OF THE CARBURETOR) OR (LOCATED ON THE RUN/STOP SWITCH ON THE HANDLE BARS AS A SLIDE
LEVER) (3)
TURN THE KEY TO THE ON POSITION
(4)
LOCATE THE RED RUN/STOP SWITCH ON THE HANDLE BARS THAT HAS AN “X” OR “O” ON IT. MAKE SURE IT IS IN
THE “O” POSITION TO START.
(X=
STOP)
(O=RUN)
(5) THE BRAKE MUST BE APPLIED IN ORDER TO START ANY OF OUR MACHINES.
(6) PRESS THE START BUTTON ON THE RUN/STOP
SWITCH AND APPLY A LITTLE GAS FROM THE THUMB THROTTLE.
ADJUSTING
THE CARBURETOR WHEN ADJUSTING THE CARBURETOR IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU REMEMBER WHERE
THE SCREW POSITIONS WHERE AND HAW FAR YOU ADJUST THEM. IF YOU HAVE QUESTION ON HOW TO ADJUST
THE CARBURETOR OR WHAT TO ADJUST ON THE CARBURETOR PLEASE CALL OUR SUPPORT LINE AT: 608-239-4582 THERE ARE 3 SET SCREWS ON
THE CARBURETOR; 1) THE FLUSHING SET SCREW THE LOWEST ONE LOCATED ON THE SIDE OF THE CARBURETOR FLOAT BOWL IS THE FLUSHING
SET SCREW. (RIGHT OPEN / LEFT CLOSED) 2) THE IDLE SPEED SET
SCREW THIS SCREW IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF THE CARBURETOR
WITH A SPRING BEHIND IT. (RIGHT DECREASE / LEFT INCREASE IDLE) 3)
THE RICH/LEAN FUEL MIXTURE SET SCREW THIS IS THE SMALLEST
SET SCREW ON THE CARBURETOR AND IT IS LOCATED TO THE LEFTSIDE OF THE IDLE SPEED SET SCREW.(RIGHT LEANS MIXTURE / LEFT INRICHENS MIXTURE) .
